Initial Visit

Prior to your first visit, please download, read thoroughly, and complete the initial paperwork. The first session, whether for an individual or family, is 90 minutes long and largely consists of getting to know each other. During this time, I will gather information about your history and we will discuss your goals for therapy. This session is also a time for you to get to know me and to get a sense of how I work. By the end of this time, most patients are able to discern if they feel like we are a good fit. In the event we are not, I am happy to provide referrals to other providers.

Fee Schedule

-20-minute phone consultation prior to making 1st appointment:  FREE

-Initial 90-minute in-office consultation:  $225 (a $75 discount)

-Regular 45-minute therapy session:  $150

Payment

Payment by check, cash, or VISA/MasterCard is due at the time of service.

Insurance

Each insurance company and plan differs in its coverage. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your first appointment to inquire about your benefits.

Intensive three hour sessions are not covered by any insurance plan. Sliding scale fees may be available for this service.
